Fair Trade Organic medium roasted Arabica coffee is simply the Best medium roasted coffee. This coffee comes from the highest elevation of Nicaragua that does not develop the high acidity that is associated with many Central American coffees. Plantation Coffee is "Single Origin" coming from one Plantation. This is not a blend! This coffee is very aromatic, very well balanced, featuring a mild body and excellent taste. We consider this coffee to be the best kept secret in the industry due to the fact Nicaragua is fairly new to the coffee export world and they have made quite a splash into the market. Most experts say this coffee can give Kona a run for its money. The SHG on our label represents Super High Grade and Super High Grown.
This coffee is Fair Trade Organic Arabica coffee bean from South America. We roast this coffee super dark, to perfection. The coffee is a full bodied espresso that is complex and strong but low in acid with a superior aroma to go along with the rich creme. Despite being roasted super dark this coffee does not give you the burnt or metal taste associated with other dark coffees.
Cowboy Coffee is one of our all time favorites. This coffee was created for our customers that kept saying, Can you roast it a little darker? The name and story of how the "Cowboy Coffee" was created does not reflect the superb flavor.
For those that know us, you know we love to hunt and fish. Both are not sports for my family but a way of life. The name "Cowboy Coffee" was created by myself when Elk hunting in Montana freezing to death. The temperature was -17 degrees and the mountains were deep in snow. I had enough clothes on the look like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. My guide had jeans, shirt and coat. We stopped for lunch, he built a fire and then pulled out a tin can that looked like an old coffee can, he filled the can with snow and put it on the fire. Once the fire melted the snow the water began to steam and bubble from the heat of the fire. Then he pulled out of his back pack a small container of coffee and just dumped the grounds in the water.
As I watched the grounds swirl around in that tin can, I thought to myself this is going to taste absolutely awful. However, at this point my freezing body was craving anything warm to drink. Once the coffee boiled for a moment, he set the can of hot liquid coffee on the snow and then proceeded to take a handful of snow and dropped it on top of the brew. This action caused the coffee grinds to sink to the bottom of the can and Walla "Cowboy Coffee" ENJOY!
This coffee is from the high elevations of Peru. This Peruvian Fair Trade Organic Arabicacoffee is "Single Orgin" coming from one plantation which provides the same consistency time and time again. This coffeeis very low in acid, therefore it is roasted dark and bold but being low in acid you do not experience the bitternessassociated with other dark coffees. "Black Gold" has a slightly nutty flavor much like other South American coffees, but softer in body thathas a spicy aromawith hints of brown sugar.
The name "Black Gold" represents our short version description of the coffee. It is truely "Black Gold" and one of our best sellers. However, the name was also born from the western movement in our past history, when settlers began moving west and towns were being grown from the dust of the lands. The gold rush was on whereby towns and people prospered. As a result the popularity of serving coffee to the mining communities was an economic life for the earliest pioneers in the coffee business.

Fair Trade Organic SWP is from the Indonesian island of Sumatra. the beans are from one Plantation, therefore is considered a Single Origin Arabica Coffee. This international decaf is 99.9% pure from caffeine but is simple the finest coffee considered in the region. This is heavy bodied coffee with undertones of a chocolaty flavor that produces a rich earthy smooth coffee.
We at Plantation Products never carried a decaffeinated coffee until late 2011. The fact of the matter is we just did not like anything on the market. The process was not to our standards, nor did we believe the coffee was to our standards. Most of the decaf's we tasted simply just did not have any flavor. We know our customers and our customers know us but more importantly they know we will only sell the what we believe is the highest quality products in the market and that is the reason we are now offering
After ,many months fo experimenting we introduced Florida Bleau in late 2017. The idea was to take a premium Organic Fair-trade “Single Origin” Medium coffee utilizing Grade A Beans and enhance it with a flavoring to have the coffee mimic the famous “Jamaica Blue”. As many coffee consumers know Jamaica Blue has a very unique taste and can sell for $60 per pound. In addition to our BOLD MOVE our goal was to create a branding for our Florida natives to enjoy but to also allow our visitors to go home with something from Florida that they will always remember. When we first launched the product, we did not even published the coffee on our web site, we only offered Florida Bleau at the local fresh markets in the Tampa Bay Area. Instantly, the coffee became the hottest item in Pinellas county and Florida Bleau started giving our signature coffee “Cowboy Coffee” some competition. The reason we say this was a BOLD MOVE is because since we started our business 13 years ago we have only offered Organic all natural Fair-trade coffees. Many flavoring have been added to coffees throughout the world but in my opinion from a sellers point of view this was to help hide the taste of the inferior their beans. Of course many people love the flavored coffee’s, especially the common Vanilla but we decided if we were going to add a twist let’s make sure we create an unique un matched flavor with a Preminum coffee that can be enjoyed as an all day coffee with no bitterness, no after taste with an aroma that will place Florida Bleau at the the top of anyone’s favorites coffee’s. Enjoy!
4 OZ of pure joy! This rub took about 3 years to get it perfected. Every cook or mixer will tell you the hardest thing to do is write down what you put in your mix. "Cowboy Rub" is applied to one side of your choice of meats and that side is seared for 2 to 3 minutes. This allows the spices to merge together each complimenting each other. Despite the main ingredient being our "Cowboy Coffee" there is not one spice that dominates the others. There are many recipes for coffee rubs but there is only one "Cowboy Rub" and is simply THE BEST in the industry. In fact our recipe is so secret we keep it locked in the GUN safe to avoid any duplication. ENJOY!
